OK, here you can report if your account has been hacked or banned because of acts that were not your own, If you post from different computers please PM/Email my their IP Addresses if you know it and tell my you do post from different computers below, to report a hacked account you need to do the following:

[why do you thing you account has been hacked]
[last time you remember being on]
[any other information that might help, do not put something like you IP address(es) PM/Email it to me if you want]
