(aside/offtopic)(Jeremy Explanation)For people who dont know what irc is....IRC is a acronym for Internet relay chat.IRC is a way to make a IRCd Server(IRCDaemon) and chat with your friends live(like a Chatbox but you can make channels and you can moderate)Any bad languages or postings from that person might be made to be kicked(When kicked he can come back in) or banned(The word says it all)...The Server also supports killing users(like kicking them from the server,but can still rejoin) qlines-glines-zlines-and so on.
(Regular)Its just a server where you can talk live to other users(can be heavly modderated depending how many admins and operators are online)

(OnTopic)Why dont you guys make a IRC Server????I can host it and configure it since i know what it is.
